We accept most major vision insurance plans, including Vision Service Plan (VSP), EyeMed, Medical Eye Services (MES), Safeguard, and many others. Please see below for a short list of the most common vision plans accepted at our office.

Medical Insurance Plans
In addition to providing routine eye care services for our patients, we can bill most major medical insurance plans for the treatment and maintenance of many eye traumas, eye infections, dry eyes, and other medically-related eye care procedures.
We can also work in cooperation with your medical doctor to provide continuing care and treatment for many eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, dry eye syndrome, and more.
Payment Information
We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Care Credit, and all bank cards that display the VISA or MasterCard logo.
All payments, co-payments, and deductibles will be collected at the time services or materials are provided. If special payment arrangements or extended payment considerations are needed, please see below:
